Notary Public Services

NOTARY PUBLIC SERVICES:

At Pranzitelli Law, we understand that you may be in need of urgent notarization’s or commission of oaths services at any given time.  That is why we are happy to offer same day appointments and walk-ins for document notarization.  It is always a good idea to call ahead to ensure that you will not be waiting.    We offer full notary public and commissioner of oaths for all legal document services. We are not just notaries. We are also lawyers. Thus, we have expertise in notarization, witnessing and completing many of the documents you will require.  We provide you with a quality and error free service while you wait. An official notary public seal will be embossed with signature on the document at the time of notarization. Often people have documents that are required to be signed in the presence of a Notary Public. These documents can be for use in Ontario as well as the rest of Canada and around the world. We notarize documents for use in other provinces and countries around the world on regular basis. When documents are for use outside of Canada, please ensure to check with the consulate or embassy of the country you are dealing with to determine the requirements of that country.

Our Working Process

1. Review the Details of the Case

Gather all the facts of the case, including witness statements, police reports, photographs, and more.

2. Layout a Roadmap

With our clients we will create a plan to ensure that you get the proper treatment you need from local treatment providers. Our team will be building our theory of the case, evaluating all liability documents, medical reports and all other pertinent documents.

3. Commence legal Action

Starting with a Demand Letter, we will put the Defendant(s) on notice of our claim, and if necessary, we will proceed all the way to trial. Our team always takes a common sense approach in attempting to settle the matter before a trial, however if necessary, we have and we are willing to proceed to have a jury decide your case!
