Abe Yaqub

Abe joined Pranzitelli Law Firm as an articling student, where he honed his skills in litigation, with a focus on personal injury. Abe’s legal journey started at a boutique real estate law firm, where he gained a comprehensive understanding of the legal complexities involved in real estate transactions. Before entering the field of law, Abe completed his undergraduate studies at York University, followed by his legal studies at University of Leicester and Osgoode Hall Law School. 

A dedicated advocate, Abe has vigorously represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of civil matters. He is deeply committed to protecting and defending his clients’ rights, unrelentingly challenging insurance companies and opposing counsel, as well as advocating for his clients in court, to secure the best possible compensation. Abe has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice, and various tribunals.
